1 Bobby J. Kemper appeals from a judgment convicting him of second-degree sexual assault for having sexual contact with an unconscious person contrary to WIS. STAT. 940.225(2)(d) (2001-02)and from an order denying his post-conviction motion to withdraw his no contest plea. We agree with the circuit court that Kempers trial counsel was not ineffective, Kempers plea was properly entered, and the interests of justice do not require plea withdrawal. We affirm and remand to the circuit court for entry of an amended judgment of conviction to correct an error in the judgment of conviction.
