Mary Kelley appeals her bail-jumping conviction. She argues that (1) the conviction should not stand because the underlying charge was constitutionally invalid; (2) the trial court erred by refusing to give her proposed failure-to-appear instruction; and (3) the trial court erred by failing to grant a mistrial after the prosecutor committed misconduct by questioning a witness about Kelleys veracity. Finding no error, we affirm.
